Qualifications

• 3–5 years of practical experience in sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a memorable leasing experience for prospective residents through personalized tours.
• Travel daily to showcase GHP DTLA Luxury properties.
• Assist with inquiries, applications, tours, leases, and move-ins for a seamless experience.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure high standards at all properties.
• Lead weekend sales huddles and provide daily activity updates.
