Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a memorable leasing experience for prospective residents through tours.
• Travel to client communities to showcase properties daily.
• Create a sense of community and an outstanding living experience for new residents.
• Assist with prospect inquiries, application process, tour coordination, lease administration, and move-in experience.
• Coordinate with the Leasing Manager to ensure high standards for tours and move-ins.
• Lead and train Leasing Specialists and monitor weekly leasing reports.
