Optima is seeking a Senior Leasing Specialist to sustain occupancy and drive renewals across stabilized luxury communities. You will lead high-touch tours, convert qualified traffic to executed leases, and maintain strong product and market knowledge to support pricing integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leasing, sales, or high touch customer service experience.
• Experience in luxury multifamily, hospitality, or lifestyle environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Proficiency in CRM and leasing platforms; Yardi Voyager 7 and RentCafe familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery-based tours and tailored presentations to connect prospects to Optima’s design, services, and lifestyle.
• Manage the leasing process end-to-end from inquiry to move-in readiness.
• Document CRM notes for continuity and follow-up; maintain high-touch communication after tours.
• Cultivate relationships with brokers, partners, and community stakeholders to sustain qualified traffic.
• Ensure pricing integrity and availability knowledge through up-to-date product and market insights.
