GPI Investment LLC is seeking a Leasing Agent to deliver a high-touch leasing experience for prospective and current residents. You will greet, tour, and close leases while maintaining expert knowledge of pricing, availability, and market trends.

In a luxury environment, you will collaborate with property management, process applications, and support renewals with superior customer service and professional presentation.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• 1+ year in leasing, sales, hospitality, or luxury customer service preferred.
• Strong sales and a customer-focused mindset with professional presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, engage, and tour prospective residents, showcasing luxury amenities and floor plans.
• Convert leads to leases through relationship-building and follow-ups.
• Execute lease agreements accurately in compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, market trends, and competitors.
• Assist with lease renewals and move-ins, coordinating with teams for readiness.
• Process applications, screenings, and move-ins efficiently and professionally.
• Support marketing initiatives and encourage positive online reviews.
