GHP Management Corporation in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Sr. Leasing Associate to be the face of the community, handling inquiries, tours, lease administration, and move-in coordination to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

You will contribute to customer service and marketing efforts, aiming to meet occupancy goals while maintaining high service standards, with duties including responding to inquiries, coordinating tours, processing applications, and supporting a seamless move-in.

Qualifications

• Desire to deliver an exceptional resident and colleague experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 2-5 years' practical experience in sales or customer relations.
• General computer skills required.
• Must pass background and drug test screening.

• Assist with all prospect inquiries including application process, tour coordination, lease administration, approval process, and move-in process to ensure the best move-in experience.

• Adhere to sales and occupancy goals, and service standards by consistently delivering a strong closing ratio.

Job DetailsJob Location: FERRANTE - LOS ANGELES, CA 90012 Salary Range: $25.00 - $25.00 Hourly As a Sr. Leasing Associate, you are considered the top echelon of leasing and will play a crucial role at GHP. You will be the “face” of the company and responsible for making an extraordinary long-lasting first impression. It is you who will be the first contact for our prospective residents and it is you who will be the driving force in helping them find the best place to call home

REPORTS TO: Community Manager/Leasing Manager

Customer Service:

• Create a sense of community and an outstanding living experience for new residents
• Assistswith all prospect inquiries including application process, tour coordination, lease administration, approval process, and move-in process to ensure the new resident has the best move in experience attainable.

Sales and Marketing:

• Createsexcitement through creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media
• Adheres to sales and occupancy goals, and service standards byconsistently delivering a strong closing ratio

QualificationsYOU HAVE:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Regular andphysical attendance isrequired.
• Frequently move/traverse, ascend/descend stairs in/around apartment homes and community
• Constantly positions self to bend, stoop, reach, lift
• Occasionally lift/move/carry up to 25lbs with/withoutassistance
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
