Job summary

Dowbuilt is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead one-of-a-kind, high-end residential projects in Las Vegas. You’ll partner with the site superintendent to guide the build team, ensuring integrity, professionalism, and exemplary craftsmanship.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and documentation, communicate with owners, designers, and our in-house team, and participate in estimating and value engineering to deliver top-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of high-end residential construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specs.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedule, budget, resources, and documentation end-to-end.
• Maintain proactive communication with team, clients, and design partners.
• Lead bid management, subcontractor selection, and contract scope.
• Prepare pre-construction estimates and scheduling with superintendent.
• Own build budget and track project financials.
• Identify cost savings and value engineering opportunities.
