Job summary

Harmony Homes in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-elevation portfolio combining ultra-luxury estates, light commercial hubs, and critical community infrastructure. You will drive complex geotechnical and logistical challenges with advanced data analytics and financial modeling.

The role offers full-time, on-site leadership with autonomy over portfolio management, development of automated bidding and executive dashboards, and a performance-based incentive structure

Qualifications

• 8+ years of dedicated construction project management experience as a Lead PM
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and tracking
• Deep technical knowledge of structural steel, hillside shoring, high-elevation grading, and MEP coordination
• Hands-on capability with industry-standard CM platforms (Procore/Buildertrend)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving history for Las Vegas project zones

Responsibilities

• Direct concurrent construction pathways across ultra-luxury estates, light commercial, and public infrastructure
• Master heavy site logistics, earthwork coordination, and hillside development sequencing
• Enforce zoning, architectural control, and environmental design parameters
• Coordinate engineers, general contractors, inspectors, and trade partners
• Build and maintain dynamic Excel cost models and WIP scheduling
• Develop automated bidding templates and dashboards for executives
• Manage change orders, budget reallocations, and cost-to-complete forecasting
• Navigate Clark County permitting workflows to sustain construction velocity
