Job summary

Dowbuilt is seeking a Superintendent to lead one-of-a-kind, high-end residential projects. You’ll be the on-site construction manager, guiding teams to deliver exceptional craftsmanship within plans and specifications.

Ideal candidates have 15 years of superintendent experience (5 years in high-end residential), read architectural drawings, and hold a Construction Management degree or equivalent. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 15 years of superintendent experience, 5 years high-end, custom residential.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Degree in Construction Management or related field OR equivalent professional experience.
• U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction management for high-end residential projects.
• Ensure safety, plans, codes and quality compliance.
• Develop and manage project schedule in MS Project and contribute to preconstruction estimates.
• Maintain plans, specifications, as-builts and documentation.
• Manage subcontractors, submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics.
• Represent Dowbuilt with clients, architects and stakeholders.
• Train and direct field crew; conduct performance evaluations.
