• Excellent organizational and planning abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Preferred experience in luxury custom homes or high-end residential construction.
• Preconstruction estimating experience.
• Familiarity with construction management software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction planning, estimating, and budgeting.
• Develop preliminary project schedules aligned with design professionals.
• Collaborate with designers, consultants, and internal teams.
• Identify risks and opportunities early in the process.
