Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin, part of Kerzner International, seeks a Manager, Events & Celebrations in Bozeman, MT to sell, plan and execute luxury weddings and multi-day gatherings. You’ll lead planning with clients and vendors, draft detailed event materials, and manage post-event follow-up with internal teams.

You will collaborate with resort operations, F&B, culinary, wellness, rooms, and recreation to deliver flawless experiences and memorable celebrations for discerning clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field.
• Significant experience in high-end event planning and luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Sell, plan, and execute luxury weddings, multi-day destination events, and private meals.
• Lead planning meetings with clients and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Draft BEOs, group resumes, and event summaries.
• Manage logistics including room blocks, itineraries, and VIP experiences.
• Provide on-site event management and cross-department coordination.
