Zusammenfassung

One&Only Moonlight Basin, part of Kerzner International, in Big Sky, MT, seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to lead seven luxury concepts and banquets, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while achieving resort objectives.

You will partner with the Executive Chef and outlet leaders to manage budgets, drive revenue growth, and foster a high-performance team through coaching, recruitment, and development in a premium resort setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience.
• Proven success delivering guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for seven Food & Beverage concepts and outlets.
• Lead day-to-day operations with focus on luxury service standards.
• Develop menus with Executive Chef and outlet leaders; monitor inventory and costs.
• Manage annual F&B budget, forecast labor and costs, drive profitability.
• Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing F&B teams; ensure HR compliance.
