Kerzner International’s One&Only Moonlight Basin in Bozeman, MT seeks a Manager, Events & Celebrations to sell, plan, and execute luxury social events, including weddings and multi-day gatherings. You will guide clients from signing through execution, aligning with brand standards and collaborating with internal teams to ensure flawless service.

This role blends high-end event planning with operational oversight and revenue responsibility, with on-site leadership across the event lifecycle.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end event planning.
• Experience preparing and managing BEOs, group resumes, and planning documents.
• Strong budgeting, billing, and post-event reconciliation knowledge.

Mansioni

• Builds and maintains relationships with event planners, travel advisors, and DMCs.
• Proactively identifies, develops, and converts wedding and social celebration leads.
• Develops customized proposals that meet client expectations while upholding brand standards.
• Oversees contracts, room blocks, pricing, and concessions.
• Maintains records of sales activities and client communications in Salesforce/Opera.
• Leads planning meetings with clients and vendors; drafts BEOs and event summaries.
• Manages logistics and on-site event delivery; collaborates with resort teams.
• Ensures post-event follow-up, closing accounts and reconciling vendors.
