Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin, based in Bozeman, Montana, seeks a Manager of Events & Celebrations to sell, plan, and execute luxury weddings, multi-day gatherings, milestone celebrations, and private meals.

You will lead client meetings, draft BEOs, manage budgets, and coordinate with F&B, Culinary, Wellness, Rooms, and Recreation to deliver seamless experiences.

This role requires 5+ years in high-end event planning, a hospitality degree, and a proven track record of flawless service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end event planning.
• Proven success in managing large-scale social events with high-touch service expectations.
• Experience preparing and managing BEOs, group resumes, and internal planning documents.
• Knowledge of hotel systems (Opera, Salesforce, Delphi, Micros) or comparable platforms.
• Proficient in event diagramming software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with event planners, travel advisors, and DMCs.
• Proactively identifies and develops leads for weddings and milestone events.
• Develops customized proposals meeting client expectations while upholding brand standards.
• Oversees group contracts, room blocks, pricing, and concessions.
• Drafts BEOs, group resumes, and event summaries with operations teams.
• Provides on-site event management to ensure flawless delivery.
• Partners with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Wellness, Rooms, and Recreation to execute details.
• Closes out accounts and reconciles third-party vendors after events.
• Represents the One&Only brand with professionalism and service-first mindset.
