Job summary

Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection in Napa Valley is seeking a Senior Event Manager to lead the full lifecycle of weddings, corporate, and social events with luxury hospitality standards. You will oversee planning, execution, billing, and post-event follow-up while maintaining outstanding client service.

You will partner with the Director of Events and teams across Sales, Culinary, Banquets, Reservations, Front Desk/Rooms, and Accounting to ensure flawless execution and superior guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of luxury hotel catering or event management experience.
• Experience managing event planning through execution and final billing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client service and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities.
• Ability to work onsite in the Carneros area.
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning and detailing process from contract turnover through final billing.
• Develop cost estimates, budgets, planning timelines, and event-related documentation.
• Lead weekly BEO and Resume meetings and client conferences.
• Coordinate room blocks, spaces, menus, rentals, vendors, and guest experiences.
• Ensure invoicing and final billing align with event documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, planners, vendors, and partners.
