Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection in California is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our luxury team and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. You will oversee cleaning, training, and guest room upkeep to ensure comfort and consistency.

As the driving force behind the housekeeping operation, you will schedule staff, monitor supplies, address guest requests, and collaborate with other departments to deliver memorable experiences at our resort.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years Housekeeping experience.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and high-quality cleaning services.
• Inspect and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, enforcing established standards and promptly addressing any issues.
• Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating orders as necessary.
• Create work schedules, assign tasks, and distribute workload among housekeeping staff to ensure timely and thorough completion of cleaning responsibilities.
• Address guest requests, concerns, and inquiries related to housekeeping, providing solutions and maintaining a positive guest experience.
