The Related Group in Florida seeks a Construction Manager to lead luxury condo projects, spending 100% of time in the construction field office and coordinating design, GC and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes schedule oversight, cost control, safety, reporting, and owner representation; requires 10–20 years in luxury condo development and a BS in engineering/construction. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Minimum of 10–20 years of project management in luxury condominium development.
• Strong Excel skills; self-starter with excellent organizational, interpersonal and communications abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam and project management software.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee GC field operations from a Construction Field Office.
• Lead preconstruction design, GC and subcontractor negotiations.
• Coordinate permitting and regulatory approvals to start on time.
• Review documents for constructability and conflicts.
• Manage change orders, submittals, and scheduling.
• Represent Owner at meetings; provide regular progress reports.
• Coordinate interior design, FF&E, and handover activities.
