Job summary

The Related Group is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead field operations on luxury condominium projects. You will oversee the General Contractor’s field activities, coordinate design, permitting, and subcontractor work, and ensure delivery on schedule and within budget.

We require a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, 10–20 years’ experience in luxury residential PM, and proficiency with Procore and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, civil engineering or architecture.
• Minimum 10–20 years of PM experience in luxury condominium industry.
• Procore or comparable PM software proficiency.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 100% of time in Construction Field Office managing GC field operations.
• Assist preconstruction design, GC, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Coordinate permitting and regulatory approvals for timely start.
• Review construction documents for completeness and constructability.
• Assist with pricing, bidding, and change orders.
• Monitor schedule, safety, QA/QC, and project closeout.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly construction reports.
