Job summary

The Related Group, a leader in luxury metropolitan living, is seeking a Construction Manager for a large multi-tower marquee project in South Florida. You’ll lead design and construction, manage budget, schedule, quality, and vendor negotiations, spending ~100% of time in the field office with GC operations.

Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, civil engineering or architecture; 10–20 years in luxury condo development; proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, civil engineering or architecture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam.
• Take-offs and estimates with On-Screen Take-off or Bluebeam software.
• Mastery of Procore or other Project Management Software.
• Proficient in MS Projects or Primavera P6 Scheduling Software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of budget, estimating, pre-construction, design development and docs.
• Coordinate with GC, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor permits and regulatory approvals to start work.
• Review and negotiate change orders.
• Prepare construction reports and manage project close-out.
