Job summary

MV Group USA, a premier luxury custom home builder in Miami and South Florida, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee on-site activities from kickoff to completion. The role requires coordinating with subs, vendors, and consultants while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Construction Management or related field and 5+ years of experience in high-end residential construction, with proficiency in Procore/Bluebeam and strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing ground-up luxury residential construction projects.
Experience delivering residential construction from site mobilization through final completion.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
OSHA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage all on-site construction activities from project kickoff through final completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
Coordinate daily activities with Superintendent, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
Anticipate and resolve field challenges to keep projects moving forward.
Lead and coordinate subcontractors to maintain productivity, accountability, and quality.
Conduct regular site meetings to review progress and project expectations.
