Job summary

Related Group is seeking a VP of Construction to oversee luxury condominium projects across South Florida. You will collaborate with Development, Construction, and executive teams throughout all project phases, traveling to active sites as needed and staying closely aligned with corporate leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/engineering/architecture or related field, or equivalent.
• 15–20 years of experience in construction, development, project management, or a related field.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to active sites throughout South Florida.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Development team on projects from early planning through construction.
• Support preconstruction activities including budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, permitting, procurement, and construction planning.
• Help ensure projects are properly prepared before entering construction.
• Coordinate with development partners, architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Manage and monitor multiple condominium projects across South Florida during the construction process.
• Track project schedules, budgets, progress, and milestones; maintain regular contractor communication.
• Visit active job sites to understand progress and field conditions while based in the corporate office.
• Identify issues and coordinate with teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Support contract administration and operations through the project lifecycle.
• Provide updates to executive leadership on project decisions, risks, and deliverables.
• Oversee close-out activities including inspections, punch lists, turnover, and final close-out.
