Job summary

The Related Group seeks a VP of Construction to oversee a portfolio of luxury condominium projects across South Florida, coordinating with Development, Construction, and executive teams through all phases.

This corporate role requires regular travel to active job sites; you’ll oversee budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and close coordination with external partners while remaining connected to the corporate office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 15-20 years of experience in construction, development, or project management.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts and project docs.
• Travel regularly to active sites in South Florida.

Responsibilities

• Develop and preconstruct projects from early planning through construction.
• Oversee multiple condo projects, track schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with development teams, architects, contractors, and leadership.
• Manage contract administration and documentation throughout lifecycle.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
