Goyard in Dallas seeks a Boutique Manager to embody the Maison’s spirit, lead the boutique, and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will drive sales, manage relationships, and oversee operations, merchandising, and inventory with commercial excellence.

The role requires 8+ years in luxury retail with prior management, strong leadership, and superb presentation. A Bachelor’s in business is preferred. Competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in luxury retail with prior management experience
• Strong leadership, team development and performance management experience
• Pro‑active approach to tasks with ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Capacity to maintain high standards of grooming and presentation

Responsibilities

• Represent Goyard as a passionate ambassador of the Maison and lead the boutique
• Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience while driving sales
• Build lasting client relationships through outreach and clienteling
• Oversee daily boutique operations, merchandising, and inventory
• Lead, coach, and develop the boutique team and manage recruitment and scheduling
• Maintain cash controls, reporting, and floor coverage
• Ensure high standards of organization, presentation, and efficiency
• Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs to corporate team
• Stay informed on local market trends and opportunities for growth
