Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Professional presentation and grooming.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rare of $22.00 plus the opportunity to participate on a comprehensive commission structure, benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions.
