Job summary

Givenchy in Dallas is seeking a Boutique Director to lead the store’s sales, operations and client experience. You will guide the team to deliver exceptional service, drive revenue, and build a culture of care that reflects the Givenchy DNA.

You will manage client relationships on the sales floor, participate in omni-channel activities, and develop talent to ensure a best-in-class shopping experience for a discerning clientele. Multilingual communication and a strategic mindset are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication in verbal, written and listening.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Zoom tools.

Responsibilities

• Deepen client relationships to achieve sales plans.
• Drive loyalty and client spend with new and existing clients.
• Identify business opportunities to meet store sales targets.
• Direct managers to develop client activity and grow revenue.
• Mentor boutique team and hire engaging talent.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences on floor and via Omni channel.
