Job summary

Cartier North America seeks a Sales Experience Manager to lead client relationships, drive sales, and elevate the luxury boutique experience in Dallas.

You will develop strategies with boutique leadership, manage KPIs, oversee CRM initiatives with visiting stylists and press shoots, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.

This role collaborates with regional and corporate partners to optimize operations, control costs, and grow prestige partnerships with VIP clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field is preferred.
• 8–10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and travel for training or client events.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of excellent client relationships by creating and celebrating memorable moments for clients and boutique visitors.
• Drive sales and care-service team to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Master knowledge of boutique business and local market opportunities to implement proactive sales strategy.
• Implement client strategies to develop genuine client relationships and increase business opportunities.
• Partner with Boutique leadership on CRM efforts including data capture and repurchase rate.
