Christian Dior Couture is seeking a Boutique Director in Las Vegas to drive sales and lead store operations within our luxury fashion environment.

You will manage the leadership team, mentor staff, and develop client relationships while delivering exceptional service, with a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Travel as needed to support regional initiatives and maintain our high standards of professionalism and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of boutique management experience.
• Strong understanding of luxury fashion industry and clientele.
• Ability to develop, motivate, and train leadership and staff.
• Ability to delegate tasks and follow up with Department Managers.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Travel as needed.
• Understand and apply company policies and procedures.
