Job summary

House of Dior in Beverly Hills is seeking an Assistant Boutique Director to work with the Boutique Director, helping with day-to-day management of the sales team and delivering the highest level of customer service in line with Christian Dior standards.

You will maximize sales, coach staff, supervise inventory, ensure policies, and help with openings/closes while maintaining luxury brand presentation and clienteling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of retail experience in luxury settings.
• 3+ years of management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop sales associates.
• Strong fashion sensibility and brand knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist Boutique Director with day-to-day management of the sales team.
• Open and close the boutique and ensure high-level customer service.
• Coach, staff, schedule, merchandize, and complete inventory.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed to maximize results.
• Participate in merchandising displays and training of staff.
• Maintain communication between management and associates.
