Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Service Manager for LATAM, focused on Brazil. You will lead planning, execution, and coordination of LTSA and transactional maintenance across LATAM, ensuring safety, quality and adherence to budget and schedule. Strong Portuguese/English communication is essential.

The role requires mentoring other project managers and field engineers, travel to customer sites, and collaboration with supply chain to secure local and international resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years’ directly related work experience may substitute the degree requirement.
• Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute LTSA and transactional maintenance projects in LATAM, especially Brazil.
• Lead pre-outage planning per LTSA guidelines for all contracted scopes.
• Coordinate internal resources and supplier contracts to perform inspections.
• Manage visa processes for service personnel in LATAM; ensure EHS, quality, cost and schedules are met.
• Provide leadership during event execution and post-outage reviews to capture best practices.
