Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a LATAM Senior Service Manager based in Brazil to lead technical planning and execution of LTSA and transactional maintenance across LATAM, with emphasis on Brazil.

The role requires coordinating internal resources, vendors, and field teams to deliver on schedule and budget while ensuring safety and reliability. The successful candidate will bring PM experience, gas turbine knowledge, and bilingual Portuguese/English skills, with Spanish/English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required (BSME/BSEE).
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of gas turbine engineering, configuration, materials.
• Bilingual Portuguese/English required; Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute LTSA/Transactional maintenance in LATAM.
• Lead pre-outage planning per LTSA guidelines.
• Coordinate internal resources and external suppliers for inspections.
• Manage budget, safety, quality, schedule and resources for projects.
• Provide guidance to Service Execution teams on LATAM procedures.
• Support customer relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Travel to customer sites as needed for outages and execution.
