Genworth is seeking an experienced Long Term Care Actuary for Controllership Oversight. This remote US role supports the LTC model governance, data flows, and control design to ensure compliance with standards and company policies.

The position focuses on valuation, projections, and experience analyses, with potential expansion to projections and data analytics teams. Minimum 5+ years actuarial experience and an FSA/ASA are expected.

Competenze

• Experience with governance and controllership of actuarial models and processes.
• Ability to review controls for high‑risk processes and suggest improvements.
• Knowledge of valuation, projections, and experience analyses is required.

Mansioni

• Review existing controls for key high‑risk processes and make improvement recommendations
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on administration system and data issues and controls
• Provide governance peer review support for the development and enhancement of LTC actuarial models and processes
