Qualifications

• Must possess Nursing Degree from an accredited program.
• Must hold a current, active LPN/LVN license.
• Experience in long-term care and supervision of nursing staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
• Supervise nursing staff to ensure quality care and adherence to procedures.
• Review and update Nursing Service Procedures Manual as needed; participate in quality assurance activities.
• Plan shifts, services, and activities with nursing staff and support personnel.
• Complete required charting and documentation in resident records; ensure accuracy and privacy.
