Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Supervise nursing staff to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

• Coordinate with Nurse Supervisor and Director of Nursing to plan shifts, services, and activities.
• Ensure proper documentation, charting, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
