Job summary

SAK Management is seeking a capable Nursing Administrator to oversee the nursing services team in a long‑term care facility. You will direct day‑to‑day activities of nursing assistants, ensure compliance with written policies, and keep the Nursing Service Procedures Manual current.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree (accredited college or university).
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN or LPN license in this state.
• Must read, write, speak, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
• Participation in continuing education desirable; leadership and supervisory ability required.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day functions of nursing assistants per regulations and guidelines.
• Ensures nursing personnel comply with facility policies and procedures.
• Reviews and updates Nursing Service procedures, policies, and job descriptions.
• Plans shifts, services, programs, and activities with nursing staff and support personnel.
• Maintains current Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensures compliance with it.
• Participates in facility quality assurance activities and provides data to QA Committees.
