Legacy Management Group is seeking a Long-Term Care Administrator to lead the operations of a skilled nursing facility. You will guide strategy, ensure quality resident care, and manage regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Facility Administrator license in the applicable state.
• Bachelor's degree, as required by the state's Board of Examiners of Nursing Facility Administrators.
• Previous leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, facility operations, and quality improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A visible, approachable, and results-driven leadership style.
• Ability to balance quality resident care, employee needs, regulatory requirements, and financial responsibilities.
