The incumbent will lead nursing staff, ensure policy adherence, and participate in the facility’s quality assurance activities while performing routine charting, medication administration, and resident care planning as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to lead nursing staff and coordinate care.
