Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Senior Manager, Patient Support Data Intelligence to lead analytics, data integrity, and reporting for the NovoCare Patient Affordability and Access platform. You will oversee data sources, run complex analyses, manage vendor relationships, and drive program improvements with a focus on compliance and privacy.

The role reports to the Associate Director, Patient Support Program Analytics and collaborates with Commercial Insights, IT, Data Governance, and finance teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of data management and reporting experience.
• Proficiency in relational databases, query languages, data integration and visualization tools.
• Experience with pharmaceutical LAAD data is required.
• Change-management experience on IT projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting requirements and performance management across Patient Support.
• Develop and optimize program performance visualization and automation.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and advanced projections.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners on reporting, data and database management.
• Ensure compliance, quality and privacy in handling patient data.
• Manage IT projects to upgrade safety and reporting systems.
