Job summary

The Low Voltage Project Manager oversees assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance are met and that staffing, materials, and customer delivery goals are achieved.

In this leadership role you will recruit and mentor staff, manage project scope and profitability, and act as the primary liaison with customers while driving

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Minimum five years in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Must meet driving standards and be able to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to define a project scope and manage tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement network operations policies with the Technical Manager.
• Recruit, onboard, train and mentor Network Operations Technicians regionally.
• Monitor regional performance through audits, reporting, and site inspections.
• Serve as primary escalation point for site-level quality issues.
• Act as customer advocate ensuring regional projects meet or exceed expectations.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor delivery and installation progress.
• Plan for profitability and manage job costs, invoices and collections.
• Maintain quality and safety across customer work and drive process improvements.
