Job summary

IES is seeking a results-driven Low Voltage Project Manager to lead assigned projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, quality and financial performance align with company requirements. You will oversee staffing, material and subcontractor coordination and maintain strong customer relations to meet delivery milestones.

The role requires at least 6+ years in supervisory or managerial positions, with telecommunications or related construction experience, and proficiency in MS Office

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or related technical/construction field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress.
• Plan for, manage, monitor and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Review all job cost postings for accuracy and completeness, including invoices and financial reporting.
• Manage quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in and/or facilitate the bid process.
• Act as liaison with customer representatives.
• Create, develop and implement account process improvements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
