IES is seeking a Low Voltage Project Manager to oversee assigned projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and financial goals while coordinating staffing, materials, and customer interactions. The role emphasizes efficient project execution and clear communication with clients.

The position requires leadership experience in telecommunications or related construction, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to interpret project documents and blueprints.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in telecommunications or related technical/construction field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Must have demonstrated ability to define a project, create a scope, develop tasks and manage to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload distribution and monitor delivery and installation progress.
• Plan for, manage, monitor and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Review all job cost postings for accuracy, including invoices, collections, and financial reporting to customer/management.
• Manage quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in and/or facilitate the bid process.
• Act as the company liaison with customer representatives.
• Create, develop and implement account process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
