Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a Senior Store Protection Specialist to mitigate external theft in stores, coordinating with the Store Manager, ALPM, and Ross Investigative & Safety Center. You will monitor store activity, identify theft indicators, and coordinate with law enforcement to resolve incidents.

The role emphasizes partnership with local law enforcement, maintaining a safe environment, and reducing shrink while supporting store teams through detailed incident reporting and collaboration.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain working relationships with associates at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate external theft in stores by coordinating with ALPM and RISC and with law enforcement as needed.
• Provide detailed incident recaps to ALPM and RISC and coordinate trespass actions with authorities.
• Regularly communicate with store leadership to support loss prevention initiatives.
