Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
• Retail supervisor experience or related training preferred.
• Loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with store team.
• Compliance with security laws and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits and greet customers.
• Detect theft indicators and partner with leadership on loss prevention.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and professional appearance as per dress code.
• Monitor operations to minimize shortage and support store leadership.
• Provide customer service and resolve conflicts with associates and customers.
