Formación

• Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Disability claim management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of LTD policy provisions, medical and vocational considerations, benefit calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a technical expert to guide claim professionals and the Team Lead.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance on complex or high-risk claims.
• Analyze claim activity to identify trends and opportunities for coaching or process improvement.
• Support development and delivery of technical training for claim professionals.
