Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of Long Term Disability claims experience aligned to the role.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex Long Term Disability claims with varied eligibility types.
• Apply policies and engage resources to ensure fair, ethical, timely decisions.
• Make claim-related financial decisions within company guidelines.
• Explain policy details and the claims process to customers.
• Mentor junior team members on medical terminology and workflow.
