Prudential is hiring for a Team Lead, Long-Term Disability Claims to drive leadership and claims management excellence. The role emphasizes customer service, offset management, and risk controls in a hybrid arrangement across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Group Insurance/claims, strong analytics, and coaching skills, with proficiency in Teams, Word, and Excel. Prudent leadership is expected to foster inclusive growth and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a Group Insurance Operations or claims experience.
• A proven understanding of LTD claim management processes and offset management required.
• Strong critical thinking, mathematical, problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills required.
• Detail oriented with solid interpersonal skills.
• Proven strong Customer Service skills.
• Prior coaching, mentorship or leadership skills are a must.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Proven focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to collaborate across business.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and time management skills required.
• Proficiency in Teams, MS Word, and Excel.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the team to achieve customer service and claims management excellence.
• Ensure accuracy of benefits paid on disability claims based on offsets and contractual provisions.
• Monitor, track and analyze reporting for offset management of claims.
• Develop action plans to improve team and individual performance.
• Build and maintain internal and external customer relationships.
• Provide reports with ongoing support, training, feedback, coaching and recognition.
• Drive employee engagement and continuous process improvement.
• Identify potential successors for key leadership positions.
• Ensure team compliance with risk identification, assessment, control and escalation.
