You will own all aspects of operations, including driver pay negotiations, budgeting, and customer interactions, with support from a Regional Director. The role emphasizes team leadership, contractual negotiations, and continuous improvement to drive efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in logistics or related field.
• 5+ years terminal management or related logistics role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with logistics and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in logistics.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Contract negotiation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Flexible hours availability.

Responsabilités

• Lead terminal staff including supervisors and warehouse workers.
• Oversee loading/unloading, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Enforce safety regulations and protocols.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve inquiries.
• Manage resources (labor, equipment, materials).
• Monitor expenses to meet budgets and maximize efficiency.
• Generate reports on performance and KPIs for leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and environmental laws.
• Drive growth with sales to secure new business.
