Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics or operations management.
• Experience supervising both on-site and remote teams.
• Strong leadership with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse staff, independent contractors, and drivers across local and remote markets.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery operations and warehouse workflow to maximize productivity.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper handling of products.
• Monitor KPIs like on-time delivery, damage rate, and labor efficiency; drive improvements.
• Ensure safety, DOT compliance, and documentation across operations.
