• Ability to oversee hub facilities and ensure SOP adherence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at designated hub facilities.
• Monitor key metrics: cost per stop, cycle time, on-time delivery, returns, customer satisfaction.
• Participate in morning loadouts and standups with 3PL/provider teams.
• Support local store management and attend store transfer deliveries.
• Collaborate with 3PL to identify improvements and share best practices.
• Conduct on-site operation audits and resolve delivery issues.
