Sciens Logistics is seeking a Senior Sales Executive in Charlotte to drive new business and manage strategic accounts. You will position our end-to-end logistics portfolio—air, ocean, ground, customs brokerage, and warehousing—across domestic and international shipping needs.

Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience in logistics, freight, or transportation.
Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage a sales pipeline.
Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business through outbound activity, referrals, and your existing network.
Build and manage a pipeline of target accounts aligned with company revenue goals.
Position end-to-end supply chain solutions across air, ocean, ground, customs brokerage, and warehousing.
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.
Represent Sciens Logistics at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver consistent sales activity reporting.
