Job summary

Sciens Logistics in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business and grow strategic accounts in global logistics. You will position end-to-end supply chain solutions for clients and prospects.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in transportation sales, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and strong CRM skills with Salesforce or HubSpot. You will build pipelines, upsell services, and represent Sciens at client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in transportation.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; industry experience considered.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, NVOCC operations, and customs brokerage.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and existing network.
• Build and manage a pipeline of target accounts in line with company revenue goals.
• Collaborate with internal operations to ensure onboarding and execution.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across services (air, ocean, customs, domestic).
• Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and logistics events.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records and produce regular sales activity reports.
