Job summary

DSV is hiring a Supervisor II- Dock in Clarksville, TN to lead warehouse operations across multiple shifts, overseeing labor scheduling, space, equipment, and manpower to meet service, safety, and cost goals. This role acts as a key partner to the Operations Manager and mentors Supervisors and leads, ensuring policy adherence and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has strong supervisory experience, 5+ years in logistics, forklift certs, and proficiency with WMS, RF scanners, and Excel.

Qualifications

Must have a High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a logistics, distribution, or relevant environment.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
Demonstrated experience leading complex operations, multiple teams, or shifts; Advanced MHE knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct staff meetings to review daily and weekly work activities and plan workload.
Lead and oversee multi-shift operations within the facility.
Coach and mentor Supervisors and lead team members.
Partner with Operations Management to support planning and workload forecasting.
Ensure SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements are followed across teams.
Drive productivity, service, safety, and cost KPIs and support continuous improvement.
